The Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.6 km away, Saigon Railway Station 4.8 km and the city centre 3.5 km. The Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Hàng Xanh bus station is 450 m from the building, and the address sits on Điện Biên Phủ street, a busy main road through the district. The bus station is the place to catch coaches for journeys out of the city.

For sightseeing, the Vietnam History Museum is 1.8 km away and the War Remnants Museum is 3.5 km, both in the central districts. The Nha Rong Wharf on the Saigon River, from which Ho Chi Minh left Vietnam in 1911, is 3.3 km away. For local food and everyday goods, Thi Nghe Market is 1.4 km away.
